Terms of Service

Effective August 7, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of LeadCue. By using the service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use LeadCue only in compliance with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

2. The service

LeadCue stores ICP profiles and user-confirmed professional lead research, connects with supported coding agents, and can help execute a user-approved LinkedIn CMO Mode plan. Research quality depends on public information and your chosen criteria. We do not guarantee lead volume, replies, revenue, or business outcomes.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, the instructions you provide, and your use of results. Do not use LeadCue to break laws, bypass platform restrictions, send spam or deceptive messages, harass people, collect sensitive personal data, infringe rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. If LinkedIn blocks automated work, LeadCue is designed to pause and return control to you; you must not use the service to bypass that restriction.

4. Free use, subscriptions, and payment

LeadCue can be used free to find and maintain leads. Free accounts may keep up to 30 saved leads in total across all ICP lists on the account. When that total is reached, you can delete leads to free capacity or subscribe to LeadCue Monthly for unlimited storage. Finding new leads is not paywalled; only capacity for maintained lists is limited on the free plan.

LeadCue Monthly costs USD $9 per month, plus applicable taxes, and unlocks unlimited saved-lead capacity. It renews monthly until canceled. Creem is the merchant of record and contractual seller for payment processing, tax calculation, receipts, and related billing administration. Before purchasing, you also agree to the terms presented by Creem at checkout.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel a subscription through Billing in your LeadCue workspace or the Creem Customer Portal link in your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect as shown in the portal; after cancellation, free lead capacity limits apply again. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

6. Your content and public-source data

You retain rights in the product context, ICPs, notes, and other content you provide. You give LeadCue permission to host and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your instructions and saved information may lawfully be used.

7. Intellectual property

LeadCue and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by LeadCue or its licensors. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.

8. Availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of LeadCue and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or platform risk. You may stop using LeadCue at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

LeadCue is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, LeadCue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the paid service will not exceed the fees you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim.

10. Contact and changes

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably practical. Contact support@leadcue.dev with questions.
