Privacy Policy

Effective August 7, 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how LeadCue collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you visit our website, create an account, connect a coding agent, save leads, or purchase a subscription.

2. Information we collect

We collect account details such as your email address; the ICP profiles, lead records, feedback, and settings you choose to save; connection and security metadata; support messages; and limited device, request, and product-usage data needed to operate and protect the service. Saved lead records may contain professional information and public posts that you or your coding agent found on public websites.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure LeadCue, authenticate accounts, store your chosen research, support CMO Mode, process subscriptions, respond to requests, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers and payment processing

LeadCue uses infrastructure and service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and network security, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Creem for checkout, tax, receipts, refunds, and subscription management. Creem acts as merchant of record and processes billing information under its own buyer terms and privacy practices. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. Private trial links expire according to the period shown in the product. You can delete saved leads and ICPs in LeadCue or request account-data deletion by contacting us.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport. No system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their applicable safeguards.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information and to object to certain processing. Email us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity.

8. Children

LeadCue is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here. Questions or requests can be sent to support@leadcue.dev.
